A body has been found in a village near Boston after police were called to a picnic spot following a concern for welfare. Emergency services were called to the picnic area in Stickney on Monday morning (October 6). Lincolnshire Police received a call to its control room earlier regarding a welfare concern. The force is asking people to avoid the area for the time being. An update shared by Lincolnshire Police states: “Emergency services have been called to the picnic area in Stickney after a report of a body was sadly found at the location. A caller to our control room had earlier called reporting they were concerned for the welfare of someone. “We’re asking people to avoid the area for the time being.”
